NDC FOUNDRYについて
New Die Casting Foundry uses permanent dies to produce fine lamellar graphite structure grey iron, with a ferritic process. NDC Foundry is the only foundry in France, and one of very few in the world, to master the process of grey iron casting in metal dies. With capacity up to 20 000 T per year of this efficient cast iron, NDC Foundry has got a world wide commercial activity in very demanding sectors. We export around 25% of our business in East of Europe. This die cast iron is particularly well-suited to resist to high stress conditions: proof against all liquids, thermic heat constraints, and has high dimensional accuracy and stability. The machinability performance allows very large productivity gains at our customers. That production is well-adapted to limited, mid and long runs of parts from small to medium size. Metal die cost is significantly reduced, and manufacture is very quick.
