Presspart is the specialist for high-volume, deep-drawn products. These products include highly complex, special-purpose components for a wide variety of industries and applications - components for which the highest precision and specialist production know-how are absolutely critical. Turning raw material into a finished product that is precision manufactured down to the last micron requires complex and highly sophisticated processes. Examples of the applications Presspart's components have been utilised in include: Heating & Ventilation Electronics Industry Utilities Industry Writing Instruments Extremely long draws, ironed walls, multiple piercings and complex forms for example, are all to be seen in the Presspart product range, and with our state of the art capabilities we draw products from many different materials including aluminium, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass,nickel, inconel and galfan. Our ability to manufacture turned parts as drawn components is well proven and many of our customers benefit from the significant cost savings that result from these developments.
