The Tsudakoma RTT-111,CA is a high speed, drop-trunnion, tilting rotary table. It is engineered to use 3R-600.86-30, Erowa ER-007625, and Hirschmann H6.11.10 quick change pallet systems for automated loading and fast workpiece changeover. According to the company, these units are designed to offer a compact footprint for use on a wide variety of machine tools. This model features the builder’s Monoblock casting construction designed for rigidity and damping characteristics that help produce parts with smooth surface finishes. Inside the unit is a propriety dual lead worm gear system with ultra precision cross roller bearings said to provide high reliability and productivity.
